Frequently Asked Questions
The majority of hot tubs in the industry are built to industry standard specs. These tubs will usually last 5 -7 years before things start to go wrong. Some of the best brands out there will last 10 - 25+ years. We are still servicing hot tubs we sold in the 1990's.
Vast majority of hot tubs in the industry will need chemical maintenance every 2-3 days. Most of the hot tubs we carry only require maintenance once a week with some even less. The FreshWater Salt System by far being the easiest system in the industry.
Depending on the brand and chemical system being used, most hot tubs will require a water change at 3-4 months. Caldera Spas with the FreshWater Salt System only have to be drained once a year.
