Full-Time Salesperson

You will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our business. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right pool and spa products to meet their needs, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the sales process.

1. Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
6. Stay informed about current products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and smooth operations in the showroom.
8. Assist with merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the showroom to attract customers and drive sales.
9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
10. Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

1. Previous sales experience in retail or a related field is preferred, but willing to train.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
3. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
4. Motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
7. Knowledge of pool and spa products is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
8. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
9. High school diploma or equivalent.
