Pool and Spa Delivery/Box Truck Driver

As a Full-Time Pool and Spa Delivery/Box Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering pool and spa products to our customers' locations. You will operate a box truck and ensure that deliveries are made in a timely manner while providing exceptional service to our customers.

1. Safely operate a box truck to deliver pool and spa products to customers' homes, businesses, and construction sites.
2. Load and unload merchandise from the truck using a hand truck, forklift, or other equipment as needed.
3. Ensure accurate and complete delivery of products, verifying quantities and inspecting goods for damage upon delivery.
4. Provide excellent customer service, including courteous interactions with customers and assistance with placing merchandise at the desired location.
5. Follow established delivery routes and schedules, making adjustments as needed to accommodate customer requests or changes.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck, including performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
7. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery truck, including securing loads and wearing appropriate safety equipment.
8. Collaborate with warehouse staff and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure efficient operations.
9. Assist with warehouse tasks, such as loading and unloading shipments, as needed.
10. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
2. Previous experience driving a box truck or similar commercial vehicle is preferred.
3. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
5. Ability to follow directions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
6. Knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods in the St. Louis area is a plus.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
